More than 70 tools, reached from one thread

Owl doesn’t replace the software running your business. It signs in to it, does the thing you asked, and tells you what it did. Below are the nineteen people reach for most — if yours isn’t among them, it is almost certainly in the catalogue behind them.

OAuth where the provider offers it · revocable from their side · it tells you what it did, and what it couldn't

WhatsApp is the channel, not a connector It’s where you talk to the agent, so it never counts against your plan’s connector limit.

SlackOAuth

Posts the update, reads the channel you were away from, and tells you what actually needs you.

“What did I miss in #clients?”

DiscordOAuth

The same for a community you run, without keeping the tab open all day.

“Anything urgent in the server?”

Money, meetings & measurement

3 connectors
StripeOAuth

Checks who paid, what failed and what is due — without opening the dashboard.

“Any failed payments this week?”

FirefliesOAuth

Pulls the transcript, summary and action items from a meeting you already recorded.

“What did we commit to on that call?”

Google AnalyticsOAuth

Answers the traffic question in a sentence instead of a dashboard you have to read.

“How did the blog do last week?”

And another fifty-odd behind them Asana, Trello, Linear, Airtable, Zoom, Shopify, Mailchimp, Todoist and more. Ask for the one you use and we switch it on.

Connecting

Three clicks, and it’s yours to revoke

01

You sign in at the source

The consent screen is Google’s, Microsoft’s or HubSpot’s — not ours. No password is ever typed into OwlAgent.

02

You see the scopes

The permissions asked for are the ones the agent actually uses. Reading your calendar does not require the right to delete it.

03

You revoke from their side

Access lives in your Google or Microsoft account settings. Cutting it off there cuts it off here, immediately, without asking us.

Before you
connect anything

Is my data used to train models?
No. Your email, files and messages are processed to carry out the request you made, and for nothing else. They are not used for training and not sold.
What if a tool I use isn’t here?
Tell us which one. The nineteen shown here are simply the most-used of the seventy-plus available, so switching yours on is usually a configuration change rather than a build. Connectors built specially for you are part of the Enterprise plan.
Can it act on a shared or team mailbox?
If your account already has access to it, so does the agent — the permissions are the ones you granted at sign-in, no more.
What happens if a connector fails mid-task?
It says so in the thread, names the step that failed and stops. A tool that cannot do its job reports the failure rather than claiming success.
Does connecting more tools cost more?
Your plan sets how many connected accounts you can have at once — five on Solo, unlimited on Pro and Team. That is the only thing that asks you to upgrade: there is no cap on how much you actually use it.
