Frequently asked questions
Can OwlAgent send emails on my behalf?
Yes. Once you connect Gmail via OAuth, you can dictate or describe an email on WhatsApp and OwlAgent drafts and sends it from your address. For sensitive sends, ask it to show you the draft first.
Does OwlAgent read all my email?
No. It accesses messages only when you ask it to — to summarize, search, or reply. There is no background syncing or bulk copying of your mailbox, and your email content is never used to train AI models.
Do I need to install anything?
No. OwlAgent works inside WhatsApp. You connect Gmail once from your OwlAgent dashboard via Google's own OAuth consent screen, and then just text your assistant.
